3 clicks? Why you must be exhausted.
WARNING: Do not check the boxes for cleaning until you examine and make sure no programs are listed you want!!!!
PCHealth listed about all of my cleaners and firewall, anti-virus programs, Graphics card catalyst, and many more!
In the old days, I would have x'd the boxes and said will you gotta trust the software some time, that was after about 50 formats and clean re-installs.
My opinion of this software, very dangerous!
To #2 this is nothing at like Advanced SystemCare or Glary Utilities.
This software checks for and fixes security vulnerabilities rather than cleaning your computer, and does a reasonable job of doing so.
Also, this is just a renamed version of WinMend System Doctor, and their registry cleaner which Wondershare are offering a discount on is actually WinASO Registry Optimizer, by X.M.Y International which is actually the same company as WinMend.
A free alternative to this is Secunia Inspector, which does a much more through scanning for software vulnerabilities. Also it can be run as an online scan (which will work with FireFox) or can be downloaded.

Also bear in mind that if you do decide to try Wondershare's registry cleaner, it does on occasion flag legitimate registry keys for deletion - so unless you are comfortable with verifying every single found error, do not use it or you will risk breaking either Windows or some of the software you use!
Installed ,registered and run without issue ..... however:
It did suggest that I download a whole raft of Microsoft Updates - many of which were (A)irrelevant to my system and (B)none of which were recommended for my system by the Microsoft Update site!
Uninstalled again.
Downloaded and installed software, clicked on "Upgrade" (there is no "register" button on the main interface. Then clicked on "Enter Licence Now", filled in the name I gave on the registration page and they key I got back, got error "Invalid licence code!".
PS. Turbo Boost button seems to do more harm than good: it will disable Windows Update, Aero Glass Effect, Keyboard hotkeys and printer support.
Funcionou 100% no windows vista, atualizou varios componentes até demorou um pouco em alguns, executou varreduras e correções em diversos ítens, aparentemente meu PC está mais rápido, estava tendo muito, quase travamento,quando o Vista, fica "pensando........", ai se vc tem paciencia de esperar ele pode destravar se não é RESET!!! Vou testarf mais...

muito fraco, alem de nao conseguir fazer as atualizaçoes, nao consegue nem mesmo fechar a si mesmo durante a reicinializaçao do sistema!

O programa promete, funcionou bem de início e não deixou claro porque falhou em uma das funções (atualizações do Windows) que acabei tendo que fazer manualmente, embora o programa oferecesse a opção (que não funcionou) de fazer automaticamente.
Isso não significa que a falha seja do programa, a falha pode estar no processo de atualização do XP.
Dou mais detalhes (mas não muitos) em meu Blog, por enquanto estou recomendando.
