The Good

* Straightforward and easy to use.
* Has a built in feature to record sound.
* Built in sound editor (copy, cut, paste, remove).
* You can save your sound files as MP3, WAV or OGG.

The Bad
* Lack of program documentation.
* Has a couple of errors.
* Uses a good amount of RAM when running.
* The 'Email ringtone' feature is dependent on third party email program to work.
* Does not have a feature to detect/send ringtone over bluetooth.

In the forums someone posted that this software installed a trojan/spyware on his/her computer.

Well Avira did not detect any such thing for me, but just in case I ran it through VirusTotal:

Looked ok, so i downloaded on Vista..My registry chucked a hissy and the OS froze.. Forced shutdown and reloaded, selected uninstall, registry chucked another hissy.. UAC tournd off and several attempts to uninstall,, wasnt impressed..sorry..

Had the same problem when downloaded to Vista. Everything froze and notification that windows registry process has stopped working. Had to restart and tried to uninstall. Same thing. Finally did system restore to get back to normal.

Be aware that Spybot warns that advpack.dll will be installed - I denied this. Program runs anyway.

Advpack.dll is a windows system file that assists with hardware and software installs by reading and verifying .INF files and it was probably already installed on your system.
So you don't need to worry about that.
