How you can move png is beyond me

anna wanna, I can't speak for this software as I've yet to try it but moving a png, or jpg, image is entirely possible. There's various ways of doing it, depending on the software. Some allow you to rig a bone armature which when moved will deform the image, others apply a sort of cage which can be altered that will stretch and bend the image. Generally not the ideal way to animate a character but fun to play around with.

Using png: the person must be seen from the front or slightly from the side. It should spread the arms to the sides, and the legs must only connect to be body at the hips. The bitmap is manipulated, so there are limits to how much you can move the person before it gets undesirable distorted.
