Installed and registered, needed to enter registration data twice, second time when building bootable CD/DVD.
Set it to a bootable medium for XP, after starting informed me it was downloading WinPE and then building the disc continued without a hitch.
A few points, it didn't give me the opportunity to put a link on the desktop, everything went into the start menu not something I use.
The link that opens the main screen is called Lazesoft Recovery Suite Professional Edition.lnk.
Although I haven't had chance to really test this software my impressions from looking around are very, very favourable. For instance the disc clone interface is most attractive and easy to use with pleasingly bright colours and easy to read text. It has some interesting tools such as Check Disk, and Initialise MBR disk, Initialise GPT disk. Also on the page are a number of options for cloning.
On top of all this it has a really good help file, obviously I cannot fully test its functionality, but from the look of the interface and the obvious care that has been taken in its design this is most definitely a keeper!

Does this come with a lifetime license? If not, what happens if the license expires and I've made a drive image. Can I still access the image?

I suggest you build a boot disk first by clicking the on the home page of Lazesoft Recovery Suite. The license of Lazesoft boot disk will never be expired. So, you always have the boot disk to access or recover the image.

Personally this sounds like a good utility to have in your toolbox. But I do not use annual-fee software so I'll be passing on this one.

Leave Feedback isn't functioning so I'll leave it here.
Tested under Win 7 64U. The entire suite appears to be of extremely high quality. I particularly like the UI.
The module I tested was to recover Windows password, The making of the book CD went quickly and painlessly. I very much liked that the software never left me in doubt about what it was doing.
After making the CD, I booted into the PE environment and chose to recover Windows password. The program correctly identified the user accounts and that they were password protected.
Clicking through the Recover Password routine bought me to a screen where it seemed to me that I should enter new user ID's and/or passwords in the blank text box field. Neither was possible due to the fields being disabled.
This was my first area of confusion in the otherwise excellent UI. Throwing caution to the winds, I clicked to Recover Windows Password. I expected that the program would display the current passwords but instead it just said the password was 'recovered'.
I got very nervous wondering if I'd somehow set an unknown password in Windows. Re-booting Windows 7 showed that the program had been stripped of all passwords.
This is fine but the UI should say "Passwords Removed' and not "Passwords Recovered" to lessen the anxiety the latter creates in a user.
That's my experience and suggestion.
