Installed and registered on a Win 8.1 Pro with a problem.
Again a company without names and address. a stylish modern homepage.
The program installs on my machine in c:\iwiiboard\cutetimer per default. The location c:\ is an absolute no-go, even if you can change the installation directory.
After installation a tiny windows without description asks for the language. Installed key and restarted a non resizable window opens. I have difficulties to read the tiny letters on a big screen.
I started a countdown timer. With the red launch key, you can display the clock on your desktop. Modern looking. And you can havce a full screen mode. Good if you are cooking eggs and your display is far away, but visible...
You can use every thinkable timer and stickers on your desktop, too.
Years ago I used for a very short time "Post-it" stickers on my desktop. There was a 3M software for that. This software does the same...
Surely a good software for those, who use their computer as a timer and reminder.
I do not, I use my phone, because a timer and reminder has only use, if you are sitting in front of your display. In android times, the better use are the things, which you'll have in your pocket.

@3 : Karl;
I constantly see your same comment about websites and addresses and such. I just want to make a point that some developers, such as myself (I've previously had a product offered on here), create software as a side business or project. We work from home and don't want our public information displayed freely on a website. Just because a software does not place an address on their website does not mean they are corrupt or Chinese or trying to trick you. You cannot take the lack of an address as a status of their product.

No problems installing to my programs drive and registering.
On opening an interface designed more for looks than ease of use.
The fonts are far too small for my old eyes and I could not see any way of changing the size.
It could have been useful as I enjoy cooking and am for ever using timers so I don't burn things, but the interface makes it almost impossible for me to use.
So I'll stick to my old and faithful and the free ATnotes, and remove today's offering from my system.

This actually seems to work pretty well but IMHO there are similar yet much more flexible/useful freeware alternatives. My favorite is pnotes http://pnotes.sourceforge.net/ which (too) has alarms (well into the future, in fact), shares notes on your network, pops up on specified windows on your pc if desired (like but better than Notezilla), has encryption and does just about everything you could ask.
If you give both a try, I suspect you'll be uninstalling this offering rather quickly.
