I asked what the difference is between the free and the Pro version. The answer of the helpdesk agent:

Reasonably simple and functional and virus free.
I like it along with free Teamviewer, but when Teamviewer cops an attitude and claims I'm using it professionally ( maybe someone once connected with a professional licenses at the other end? ), I need an alternative, and AeroAdmin always seems to work.

Do both parties have to have the software installed before the support can happen, or can I send a support invitation that has the needed software with it to a friend?
