Utter rubbish! Took 3 attempts at trying to register before it worked. When you click on the downloading symbol to check on progress the sound cuts out. And then when downloading is complete the finished video has no sound. I'm sure there are better downloaders out there. Don't waste your time with this one.
#2, Roger, in the first place, YouTube Music Downloader can also convert, not just download. Second, your script doesn't work because someplace along the way some characters got converted. Third, you should just link the original source, Download YouTube Videos as MP4 Files, which contains a useable link as well as lots of additional information. Fourth, it won't work with newer versions of IE using default security settings. To work around, you have to add YouTube to the Trusted Sites list with no higher than Medium security (or use Custom level to allow the downloads), and "Require server verification" must be unchecked when you add it (you can re-check it afterwards).
Update to my previous comment (in moderation) about the JavaScript bookmark and IE7+, it's partly the security level and partly Protected Mode (Vista and higher with UAC) which blocks the download, you have to leave Protected Mode off for Trusted Sites, which decreases security.
Use DownloadHelper plugin in firefox instead
Alternatively, you could use a JavaScript bookmark to save a YouTube video to a high-resolution .MP4 file, and save yourself the install of another downloader:

O programa é bom. entretanto, precisa de alguns ajustes em configurações, para melhorar.
Exemplo:
- Não permite pré-ajustes definitivos (Settings), de diretórios ou pastas, para salvar os downloads.(Abre sempre para salvar os arquivos em c:\...);
- Após baixar um vídeo, vc precisa fechar o programa para baixar outro e assim sucessivamente;
- Não permite a expansão da tela para melhor visual dos vídeos na página do Youtube, bem como o retorno da página, após a visualização de qualquer dos vídeos na página.

The program is good. however, he needs some adjustments in configurations, to get better.
Example:
- It doesn't allow definitive pré-adjustments (Settings), of directories or pastes, to save the download. (he/she always Opens to save the files in c :\...);
- After lowering a video, vc he/she needs to close the program to lower other and so forth;
- It doesn't allow the expansion of the screen for visual best of the videos in the page of Youtube, as well as the return of the page, after the visualization of any of the videos in the page.
